Yukon Cap

Need a warm hat for the frozen tundra? Yukon will fit the bill. Bilky yarn makes this a quick knit.

Materials: 1 skein Yukon from Plymouth 
                   Size 13US needles
Size: Child/Adult
Gauge: 2.5sts/1"

Instructions:
Cast on 40(45) sts and join in the round, being careful to not twist stitches.
Knit until piece measures 7"(8") from cast on edge.

Decrease Rows:
Row 1: *K6(7) sts, k2tog* repeat around.
Row 2: Knit even
Repeat these 2 rows until 25 sts remain.
Repeat row 1 until 5 sts remain.

Finishing:
Cut yarn and pull tail through loops on the needle. Weave tail on the inside.
